Anthony Joshua prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight-bout fight which will be shown live on Netflix.
British boxer Anthony Joshua said he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "defeat" the American as the pair came face-to-face to publicize next month's heavyweight fight.
Ex two-time world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, on paper, a mammoth mismatch - at Miami arena on December 19th.
Fighter's Mentality
"I plan to damage his features and hurt his body. I'm here to prove I'm the better fighter," Joshua, 35 years old, stated.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I intend to genuinely try to hurt him. That's what I want to do."
Civil Interaction
Despite these statements, a composed Anthony Joshua and social media star Paul - typically recognized for his showmanship - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.
Paul instead criticized former Joshua's rival Francis Ngannou and labeled him "not serious" after the Cameroonian declined a match opportunity.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Joshua, at the same time, took aim at British opponent Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] is superior to Tyson Fury - he's present here," the boxer commented.
